1. Excavation Part: Pilot operation is adopted, which is more convenient and simple. Various operating handles are selected from Zhejiang---Zhejiang Haihong Hydraulics.

2. Working Arm: Adopt national standard GB/T700-Q235B material, the tensile strength reaches 375-550MPa.

3. Hydraulic Cylinder: All use Fujian Shanli engineering machinery oil cylinders. The thrust of the oil cylinders can reach 4500N. Imported Parker seals are used, which have good sealing performance, long life and high reliability. Each joint adopts wear-resistant Koryo self-lubricating bushings, which have better wear resistance.

4. Bushing: For the bushing used in excavation, JDB solid graphite inlaid bearing (high-strength brass bushing) is selected, which has high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, and reduces maintenance costs in terms of use and maintenance.

Hydraulic System

After several generations of product upgrading, the overall design of the hydraulic system is reasonable to ensure working stability.

The hydraulic system adopts two-level control, equipped with domestic hydraulic pilot joystick, has good proportional control characteristics, and is easy and convenient to operate.

The hydraulic gear pump adopts the triple pump/double pump produced by Jinan 7423 Military Factory, which has strong wear resistance and pollution resistance, high efficiency and long service life.

The hydraulic system adopts a high-power air-cooled radiator to ensure that the working oil temperature of the whole system is constant.

The filter can control the pollution of the hydraulic system to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

Conveying Part

1. Both sides of the trough, the bottom plate, and the pressure chain plate are all wear-resistant, which enhances the wear resistance of the conveying trough when conveying materials.

2. The main (/driven) sprocket is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel to improve the service life of the sprocket.

3. The scraper is made of Q345B material, welded and reprocessed. It is convenient to produce different types of scrapers according to the customer's need.

4. The scraper chain adopts double chains, which increases the transportation capacity of materials.

5. The chain adopts a chain pitch of 50.8mm, and the tensile load of this chain is 277KN; the chain plate adopts 40Mn, the pin shaft adopts 20Cr, and the roller adopts GCr15. Therefore, the life of the chain is longer than that of the belt.

Chassis Walking Part

1. The walking track is supplied by Shantui so as to improve the track quality.

2. Crawler-type walking, the left and right crawlers are detachable, which is convenient for use in environments where disassembly and assembly are required.

3. The driving wheel and guide wheel are made of cast steel ZG40SiMn material, which has a long service life and high strength.

4. The crawler adopts heavy duty 101 pitch single rib plate, which can grip the ground more firmly and climb more powerfully.

Hammer Breaker

This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be used to break large stones immediately when encountering them while removing the slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.

The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting without the need for supplementary blasting.

There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.

Cable Reel

Special cable reels are adopted, which can realize the flexible and automatic retraction of cables when the equipment enters or exits the site, saves manpower and material resources, improves safety, and has a high degree of automation, making the conveyor loader more flexible and free to enter and exit the site.
