he tire belt conveyor loader ZWY-80 is mainly used for cave mining operations with narrow spaces, such as metal mines, water diversion roadways, etc., its function is to collect gravel and slag materials for various projects and carry out transportation and loading. The machine is propelled by tires to shovel rocks into its own belt conveyor through the bucket, and the conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mine cars or other loading equipment. At the same time, the backhoe digging arm can also be used to pick up rocks within the distant and the bucket can also be used to clean the working face.
It is suitable for roadways with a section of more than 2.5×2.5 meters. The whole machine is driven by four wheels, and the conveyor frame can be folded back. One 80-type conveyor loader can replace multiple manual workers. It is a good helper for mine excavation.
The ZWY-80 series conveyor loader is powered by an external three-phase AC 380 (660) V power source. It works on a combination of hydraulic and mechanical transmission , and it combines both excavating and conveying operations to realize the functions of continuous excavating, conveying and loading, and has the characteristics of stable loading, flexible and continuous operations.
The ZWY-80 series conveyor loader is an equipment which combines roadway mining and loading, it integrates the vehicle chassis, excavation mechanism, conveying mechanism, and electro-hydraulic control system in one. This machine can complete the work of collecting, excavating, loading, conveying and loading of ore materials. It can be used to replace manual labor for ore collection and loading , which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces the occurrence of casualties. It is mainly suitable for collecting and loading of crushed stones in underground metal and non-metallic mining, railways, highways, water conservancy, national defense and other tunnels and culverts, and can also be used for loading the open-air loose and crushed materials. The machine has passed the inspection and recognition of the certificates for mining products and mine safety, the certificate numbers are: MEC130010, MEC110033, MEC150043, KEC110020, KEC130052, KEC150026. The machine adopts hydraulic and electro-hydraulic control, so it is easy to be operated with the electro-hydraulic transmission, and it integrates four functions of excavation collection, transportation, walking, loading in one; it is suitable for loading slag on the working face of more than 2.4*2.4 meters with a slope of less than 10 degrees.
The conveying system adopts GB/T707-Q235B material, which has high strength and reduces fracture phenomenon. The conveyor belt is designed for operation on slopes of less than 24° to facilitate material transportation. The surface of the idler roller is of 4mm thickness, which is wear-resistant and compressive.
1, Hydraulic Oil Pump: The CBJG series high-pressure gear pump is selected, which is excellent in anti-pollution, and the working pressure can reach 20MPa.
2, Hydraulic Cylinder: Oil cylinders are used, which are all made by professional construction machinery manufacturers, the thrust of the oil cylinders can reach 49500N, and the seals are imported from the Parker, which have good sealing performance, long life and high reliability.
3, Hydraulic Motor: It is chosen from the BMSY and BMTZ series which is of low-speed high-torque, the torque can reach 1270Nm.
4, Control Valve: Selected from the famous brand products produced by Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic Components Factory.
5, Electrical System: The main electrical components and electrical cables are selected from the explosion-proof electric control boxes and the flexible cables which are all approved by safety identifications.
6, Working Arm: The national standard GB/T700-Q235B material is selected, the material thickness is 8-30mm, and the tensile strength is 235-345MPa.
7, Bushing:The moving part adopts solid graphite inlaid bearing (high-strength brass bushing) wear-resistant self-lubricating bushing, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
8, Pin: The material is made of 45# or 40Cr round steel after quenching and tempering HB240~280 treatment, which is wear-resistant and fracture-resistant.
9, Axle: Chosen from the Chinese construction vehicle manufacturers --Zoomlion and Dongfeng.
The difference between the hydraulic drum and the electric drum: the hydraulic drum is not affected by the voltage, and the electric drum is easy to burn the motor due to the lack of box electricity and voltage instability when the voltage is unstable, while the hydraulic drum will not, so if the mine voltage is insufficient and unstable, you can choose a hydraulic drum.
This machine can be equipped with an integrated breaking hammer, which can be used to break stones immediately when encountering large ones while removing slag, which is convenient, fast and safe.
The hammer breaker can break stones and maintain the floor of the roadway and the bottom of the side; it can break large rocks and coal chunks after blasting, without the need for supplementary blasting.
There is no need for blasting when excavating coal roadways or semi-coal roadways with hardness of f≤3.
The use of special cable reels can realize the automatic retraction and release of cables for the equipment, it saves manpower and material resources and improves safety, and the degree of automation makes it more flexible and free to for enter or exit the site. 60-80 meters can be installed.
